My third trip to the beautiful state of Oregon. Usually when I travel I prefer to pick new places each time. However, I have a great reason to return to Oregon – not just the beauty – mountains, ocean … the scenery truly is breathtaking, local food, craft breweries or the Meadry @Nectar_Creek (I do love you! Wish you were available in Ontario!) The main reason for my repeat visits is my brother.

I arrive at PDX with my parents and then we drive to Philomath. We arrive at Ben and Ellen’s place and Ben always the planner has our vacation all planned out for us. Tonight we start with a great dinner at the Woodsman in Philomath. Great Thai food and huge portions, the teriyaki chicken stir fry was delicious.
